Refund, Replacement and Postponement Policy
AxisAgile recognises that sometimes circumstances change, life doesn’t work out according to plan, and you may be unable to attend your scheduled training. In such a case, the following options are available to you:
Replacement – You can send one of your colleagues in your place at no additional cost, provided that you inform us at least 48 hours before the start of the course (this allows us time to make the necessary administrative adjustments).
Reschedule – You can reschedule for a training date change. This must be done 10 working days prior to the original course start date. A re-booking fee may apply.
Refund – A full refund up to 20 business days from the booked course date can be requested. If your notice period is less than 20 days, we suggest you reschedule or find a replacement attendee.

SOME OF OUR GREAT CLIENTS
Lead Application Developer at University of Canberra
I had the pleasure of learning from Ilan about Agile and Scrum who is a passionate and an enthusiastic individual. His success as the director of AxisAgile is evidence that he practices what he preaches. The Scrum Master course I attended through AxisAgile was informative, educational and entertaining. I left the course with new found respect for the Agile framework and I was a skeptic. Ilan and his fellow course facilitator Colin was able to use their vast industry experience to craft an electrifying atmosphere among the group of attendees. I highly recommend Ilan, Colin and AxisAgile to anyone who wants to be inspired about Agile and Scrum.

I thoroughly enjoyed the CSM course, one of the best courses I have been on . Very interesting, insightful and provided tools that can be used not only in Scrum, but in all facets of day to day leadership and management.

Just a short note to let you know that I enjoyed the course immensely. You both have great teaching styles and I especially appreciate the effort that went into designing and conducting the exercises.
